- Cottage 24- Tara was built in 1902 by Henrie “Pickle” Williams of Saginaw
- Cottage 15- Built in 1897 by Mr. Joseph Charless Cabanne of St. Louis, this was the first cottage built at PAB.
- Cottage 33- Oak Bluff was originally built for a resort located on Heisterman Island and moved to PAB in the late 1800’s
- Cottage 5- Built in the late 1800’s by Christina Hendrie Muir of Grosse Pointe
